Swiss Recycle

Swiss Recycle is an umbrella organisation that represents the interests of the Swiss recycling industry. This national competence centre for recycling and the circular economy works closely with companies, authorities and the public to raise awareness of recycling and increase collection rates. SENS eRecycling has been a member of Swiss Recycle since 2012.

WEEE Forum

The Forum for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE Forum) is an international organisation dedicated to the collection and environmentally friendly recycling of electrical and electronic equipment across Europe. The Forum was established to promote cooperation between various European stakeholders in the recycling industry and to promote the cross-border exchange of best practices for dealing with electronic waste. SENS eRecycling is a founder member of the WEEE Forum.

Fair Recycling

Founded as a spin-off of SENS eRecycling, the Fair Recycling Foundation ensures the proper recycling of refrigerators in emerging markets, particularly in Brazil. In addition to contributing to environmental protection, it also improves the living conditions of local people, serving as an example of sustainable action and social responsibility.

PRONEXA AG

PRONEXA AG is the leading European network for extended producer responsibility (EPR). It helps companies fulfil their obligations correctly and efficiently in various European countries. SENS eRecycling is one of the founding members of the organisation, which originally operated under the name WEEE Europe. Today, the company heads up an alliance of 17 market-leading member organisations plus partners in the remaining countries covering WEEE, batteries and packaging obligations in 30 European countries.

Swiss Association for Municipal Infrastructure (SVKI)

The Swiss Association for Municipal Infrastructure (SVKI) – a section of the Swiss Union of Cities and Towns and partner to the Swiss Association of Municipalities – promotes the sustainable management of municipal infrastructure through political and professional advocacy. Members of the SVKI include approximately 300 cities, municipalities, special-purpose associations, cantons and private sector supporters.

Professional Association for ORDEE Disposal (FVG)

The Professional Association for ORDEE Disposal (FVG) is the central representative body for companies that specialise in the recovery of raw materials from waste electrical and electronic equipment. The FVG is committed to the professional collection, logistics and recycling of this equipment. Its members ensure that valuable materials from disused electrical equipment are sustainably reintroduced into the cycle, including within the framework of the SENS recycling system. The association actively advocates for high quality standards, technical development and the representation of common interests in dealings with the authorities, system operators and the wider economy.
