Winner

There will be only one winner, who will be determined by SENS.

The winner will be contacted via private message on social media or via e-mail. SENS is entitled to publish the winner's name and place of residence. Participation is independent of any order or purchase. All participants have the same chance of winning.

No cash payment, transfer or legal recourse

There shall be no legal recourse. No cash payments will be offered. Any claim for payment or an alternative prize is excluded. The prize may not be transferred or reassigned to another person.

Entry and exclusion

Participation in the above-mentioned promotion is free of charge. Natural persons residing in Switzerland who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. Employees of the SENS Foundation, as well as the agencies SUAN and dreifive Switzerland AG, and their relatives are not eligible to participate.

Participants accept the applicable privacy policy and terms of use. In particular, participants acknowledge and agree that, in accordance with this privacy policy and these terms of use, the data collected may be stored, processed, and used for statistical and marketing purposes.

Participation via competition clubs, automated services, or other service providers is not permitted. In the event of suspected manipulation, SENS eRecycling reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without justification and without prior notice.

Announcement of the winner

The winner will be announced and contacted after the end of the competition. The winner will be asked to provide their contact details. If the winner does not respond within 5 working days of notification, their claim to the prize will expire.

Organizer of this competition

This competition is in no way sponsored, supported, or administered by Meta. All participants expressly declare that they will not refer any claims arising from the competition to Meta.

All questions, comments, or complaints must be forwarded to SENS eRecycling and not to Meta.

SENS eRecycling reserves the right to end the competition early, particularly if circumstances arise that may jeopardize the integrity of the competition or oblige SENS eRecycling to end the competition early.

Privacy

There shall be no legal recourse. SENS will not share your data with third parties and will delete it after the end of the competition. All personal data provided to SENS eRecycling will be used exclusively in compliance with applicable laws and the data protection guidelines.
