#MCircle is collaborating with Do it + Garden, SportX, BikeWorld, Melectronics and Micasa to make their products #FitForTheCircularEconomy.

While people in the past focussed on the accumulation of possessions, today we are witnessing a growing shift in priorities. Multiple studies in behavioural research have consistently shown that there is a trend towards prioritising flexibility and freedom of choice, driven by the idea of “use more and own less”. The Migros specialist markets’ answer to this is MCircle – a digital platform on which customers can easily rent or purchase selected products from the specialist markets’ range.

Do it + Garden, SportX, BikeWorld, Melectronics and Micasa are using MCircle to cater to situation-dependent lifestyle needs. Not only are individual products available for rent, but entire themed worlds such as cleaning, moving, sports, holidays and handicrafts are on offer to address the current needs of customers.

This exciting project is being launched in Migros specialist markets in the Geneva region, with around 120 handpicked products from the Do it + Garden collection having been made available via MCircle since 1 August. The rental offering will soon be extended to include the product range of SportXX, BikeWorld, Melectronics and Micasa and will be made available across the entire Swiss market.
